I would recommend Phil and Corey to anyone wanting to sell their house. Their fee structure made me feel very confident I would not be out of pocket should there be issues with the marketing of the house. I took my time researching different real-estate agents prior to putting my house on the market. Though Clark property were not the cheapest out there, I found them professional, friendly and confident. There were no fees upfront which was great because we had put what we had into the house. The final commission included all fees for the sale including advertising. I needed a minimum price which they were confident in obtaining for me. Even before I signed on the dotted line so to speak, they had many suggestion to make the house ready for sale. They helped organising trades to get the house ready. Once ready, the house was on the market for only a day before our first offer, and though it fell through due to the buyer the house was quickly sold again. During the whole process the Clark property team stayed in close contact and supported us through the sale. They even aided us in the search for our next house. Phil who was our realtor, has become a friend as well and is looking forward a BBQ at our new place.
